MANILA, Philippines – British-Irish boy band The Wanted arrived in Manila on Thursday afternoon.

The group is in the country for their one-night show at the NBC Tent in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on Friday, September 14.

ABS-CBN News enterainment report Gretchen Fullido poses with members of British-Irish boy band The Wanted.

This will The Wanted's first time to stage an "intimate" concert for Filipino fans.

Ricky Ilacad of MCA Music Philippines earlier said the upcoming concert is going to be “wholesome but in some ways sexy.”

"Pero maganda ito, it's a small venue, so it's a very intimate show, very intimate concert. This will especially be great for their fans," Ilacad added.

The group, whose album had just earned triple platinum status in the United States, is composed of members Max, Siva, Jay, Tom and Nathan.

After their success in Europe in America, "the plan really is to build them up especially in Asia," according to Ilacad.

The Wanted is expected to entertain Filipino fans with the hits "All Time Low," "Glad You Came" and "Chasing The Sun."
