Despite a long history of being ward and mentor, Sarah Geronimo, it seems, has yet to get used to performing alongside her idol, Regine Velasquez, as seen in a video making the rounds online.
The viral clip, which shows the two pop superstars rehearsing "Sana Maulit Muli," was uploaded on Facebook Wednesday and has already drawn nearly half a million views, as of writing.
At one point in the video, Geronimo look towards the camera and gestures her excitement over singing alongside Velasquez, seated beside her.
"Fangirl na fangirl si Sarah," one comment read, praising the pop star for her humility.
While the video only recently went viral, it appears to have been taken prior to Velasquez's October 2017 anniversary concert, "R3.0," where she and Geronimo performed the same duet.
Geronimo has credited Velasquez time and again as being instrumental to the success of her career. The "Kilometro" hitmaker made her showbiz debut in 2003, after winning the singing contest "Star for A Night," which Velasquez hosted.
