MANILA -- Actress-singer Toni Gonzaga will mark her 15th anniversary in show business with a major concert at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on October 3.
The "Pinoy Big Brother" host said the upcoming concert is not about looking back at the past 15 years but will focus more on the future.
"We are looking ahead. Ginawa ko na 'yon sa 10th year concert ko na we looked back, 'yung mga memorable (events), so we don't want na redundant, na ginawa na namin," Gonzaga told reporters on Wednesday afternoon.
She explained that the concept of the concert will be "who I was, who I am and who I am going to be in the future."
Gonzaga, who is very open about her relationship with director Paul Soriano, revealed that her upcoming concert will also feature songs about marriage.
"We prepared songs like about going to that stage where I will be getting married in the future, having kids and starting my own family," she said.
"So it's going to be a story and it's not more of like a concert. It's going to be an experience," she explained.
"That's why we call it 'Celestine' kasi all these years nabigyan tayo ng pagkakataon na umarte sa pelikula, nagho-host tayo, nabigyan tayo ng pagkakataon na kumanta and my world keeps on changing every single day. But I looked back and realized that it never changed who I really am."
