MANILA -- He's already creating music videos for artists like Sam Milby and KZ Tandingan but what rocker-actor Kean Cipriano really wants is to direct movies.
Aside from Cruz, the Callalily vocalist said he would also like to direct Kapamilya star Piolo Pascual.
The newest Cornerstone artist, Cipriano said his interest in directing started when he made his first film "Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank" back in 2011, playing the role of a director opposite star Eugene Domingo.
Ako, storyteller ako, I write songs, I perform, umaarte pero to sum it all up inilagay ko ang sarili ko na let's be the captain of the ship," he explained.
But Cipriano stressed that his music and especially his band will always be his priority as an artist, noting that he's fortunate to be given the opportunity to do other things like directing.
Aside from being the frontman of the 12-year-old band, Cipriano is also promoting two movies, "Bar Boys" and "Triptiko," which will be shown in next month's Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino.
He is also being eyed to do a movie for Cinema One Originals.
Aside from his music and acting projects, Cipriano will soon launch his online show "Tambay Hits" with Tandingan as his first guest artist.
