Robi, John speechless over girlfriends' 'PBB' prank
Isabel Oli, Gretchen Ho fetch boyfriends from yellow house
MANILA -- Actress Isabel Oli and volleyball player Gretchen Ho visited the set of "Pinoy Big Brother" on Tuesday to fetch their respective boyfriends, John Prats and Robi Domingo, after a two-day stay as guest housemates.
The reunion of the couples was shown during a live stream of "Ubertime," the daily web series of "Pinoy Big Brother" accessible on its official website.
Shortly before Prats and Domingo exited the house, Oli and Ho shared their frustrations about having no contact whatsoever with their respective partners for two days.
Asked if she is excited to finally see Prats, Oli said: "Sobra, kahit two days lang 'yon, parang ang tagal. He makes time talaga [to see me everyday]."
"Sabi ko nga kay Gretchen kanina, parang mas okay pa 'yung out of town or out of the country, kasi nakaka-text. Eh ngayon, hindi talaga," she added.
Gretchen at 'low point'
While she did not divulge details, Ho admitted that she was at a "low point" when she learned of Domingo's entry into "Pinoy Big Brother." She said it was difficult for her to accept that Domingo would be out of reach, even just for a short time.
She explained: "Nasa medyo low point ako ngayon, so I needed him. Kaya hindi ko natanggap nang maayos 'yung balita [na papasok siya], pero ngayon na lalabas na siya..."
Sharing what she missed most about her boyfriend, Ho added: "I think his ability to make me feel like I'm the best, even though nagkakamali ako. Ang sasabihin niya sa akin, 'You're still the best, you have a good heart.' Kaya nga iyon 'yung nami-miss ko, eh."
"Sa kanya ko nasasabi lahat ng frustrations ko. Tapos siya, magaling siya mag-divert. He makes me feel better," she said.
For her part, Oli said she has gotten used to "reporting" to Prats about her daily activities. She compared the actor's guest stint in "Pinoy Big Brother" as being without a best friend for two days.
"Kasi palaging siya [ang kausap ko], eh. Parang reporting kami palagi. What's up, ganito, ganyan. Lahat, kahit small things," she said.
When Prats and Domingo finally exited the house, they appeared surprised to see their respective girlfriends on the set of "Ubertime." Prats and Oli kissed on the lips, while Domingo and Ho hugged each other.
Prats and Domingo, both co-hosts of "Pinoy Big Brother's" afternoon telecast, proceeded to share their experiences inside the famous yellow house, including teaming up with the housemates in a competitive challenges.
In a moment that left both Prats and Domingo speechless, "Ubertime" co-hosts Slater Young and Joj and Jai Agpangan announced that Oli and Ho will be entering "Pinoy Big Brother" as housemates.
"Totoo ba 'to?" Prats said, as Oli and Ho were escorted into the house wearing blindfolds.
Young explained that Oli and Ho "sacrificed" themselves to have Prats and Domingo exit earlier than intended, adding that the girls already have a task assigned to them by Big Brother.
Prats and Domingo appeared shocked and were only able to talk after a reel showing scenes inside the "Pinoy Big Brother" house was played.
However, after Prats and Domingo's 10-minute interview recalling their stay as guest housemates, their girlfriends were welcomed back to the "outside world" by the Agpangan twins.
Oli and Ho, both laughing, told their boyfriends that their supposed "Pinoy Big Brother" entry was a prank.
