MANILA, Philippines - Actress Susan Roces asked the King of Comedy Dolphy to say 'hi' to her husband, the late King of Philippine Movies Fernando Poe Jr.
"Dolphy, happy trip.
Roces was teary-eyed as she bade farewell to Dolphy who died of multiple organ failure on Tuesday.
She also took the chance to thank Dolphy for all the guidance and love he shared to her and her family.
Maraming salamat. I love you," Roces said.
Roces said she was only 14 when she entered showbiz. She said that it was Dolphy and Panchito who helped her with her acting project.
Her first film "Boksingera" was with Dolphy. She said that she did a lot of films with Dolphy under RVQ Productions.
