MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED/CORRECTED) -- Veteran actress Amalia Fuentes on Wednesday accused Peter Tan Licup, Rosemarie Licup and one male John Doe, allegedly a bodyguard of the Licups, of threatening and hurting her and son Gerard Stevens in New Manila, Quezon City a police report showed.
According to the police blotter , the incident occurred at around 5:30 p.m, on Wednesday.
Fuentes and Stevens reported to the police "alleged physical injuries, grave threats, threats, oral defamation, slander, unjust vexation and coercion."
Based on the police report, Fuentes and Stevens went to see the Licups to discuss a cheque with insufficient funds issued by Peter Licup. An argument then ensued between the two parties.
According to Stevens, he was allegedly threatened by one of the male bodyguards of Licup, who was supposedly armed.
The duty afternoon shift investigator, a certain PO2 Gacuan, reported that the Licups evaded the authorities when they arrived at their residence with the complainants.
