Kaye Abad refuses ‘pantasya ng bayan’ tag
MANILA, Philippines – Actress Kaye Abad said she doesn’t want to be tagged as the new “pantasya ng bayan” following her sexy pictorial for a men’s magazine.

In an interview with Push.com.ph, Abad said people probably were just shocked when she appeared on the cover of FHM magazine's June issue because she does not normally do that.
“Pinapantasya? Hindi.
Abad was also surprised that most men think she’s wife-material.
Sabi nila, ‘Oo.’ Bilang nag-start ako sa 'Tabing Ilog,' akala nila probinsyana," she said.
Abad said it was probably her provincial girl image that made people think that way.
“Siguro dahil simple lang ako. What you see is what you get. Hindi ako showbiz, bilang lumaki ako sa probinsya,” she said.
Meanwhile, Abad admitted that she is currently not in a relationship but is open to getting to know more people.
To all the single guys, I’m single and ready to mingle,” she said.
Abad has been romantically linked to singer-actor Guji Lorenzana. Before that, she used to be in a relationship with Parokya ni Edgar lead vocalist Chito Miranda for several years.
