MANILA - On the day Kris Aquino's brother, former President Benigno Aquino III, stepped down from his post, the television host echoed Arnold Schwarzenegger's famous catchphrase from the "Terminator" film franchise to signal a brief change in her lifestyle.
"I'll be back," the normally outspoken Aquino said as she vowed to try and remain "quiet" for the time being. She earlier promised to help her bachelor brother adjust to life as a private citizen following six years of serving the country as its leader.

In another post, Aquino also appeared to address rumors about her return to television. She told her followers on Instagram that she will not be talking about her future plans on social media, listing her "next move" as one of the three things she will keep private.
According to her friend and fellow talk show host Boy Abunda in a report published by entertainment website Pep, ABS-CBN is preparing two shows for Aquino to welcome her "home."
"I am not in the position to discuss, pero I know ABS-CBN and Kris are talking about a possible show or shows," Abunda was quoted as saying.
Aquino's last Instagram post prior to her commitment to stay "private" was a photo of her and her kids, Bimby and Josh, welcoming her brother at their family home in Quezon City.
Aquino is currently on a hiatus from showbiz, which began last March. She said then that her two-decade career had begun to take a toll on her health.
"I'm not like my sisters, they're all happily married, they have kids who are all grown up. But me, I have an eight-year-old and I have a special child. You know, the stress adds up when I worry about what will happen to them if anything happens to me," she said.
