Why Maja is afraid to be Gerald's 'legal wife'
Gerald Anderson and Maja Salvador
MANILA -- Actress Maja Salvador admitted that she is not yet ready to be the "legal wife" of actor Gerald Anderson.
In an interview on Wednesday afternoon for her upcoming concert, Salvador told reporters that she and Anderson still want to accomplish many things.
"Ang dami pa po naming pangarap," said Salvador, adding that she and "Dyesebel" leading man are not yet talking about settling down.
"Parang sa dami ng pangarap mo, gusto mo munang i-enjoy ang pangarap mo na natutupad. Gusto mo munang i-enjoy lahat. Kasi ibang level na ang marriage. Iba na ang mga responsibilities mo diyan. Lalo na ako, babae, ayaw ko namang maging 'Legal Wife' ang istorya ko kapag nakulangan ako ng oras. Kaya dahan-dahan lang," Salvador explained, referring to her recent hit series, which dealt with marital infidelity.
But asked if she sees herself marrying Anderson in the future, Salvador told ABS-CBNNews.com: "Just believe, pero dahan-dahan lang."
In am earlier interview, Anderson said he and Salvador are happy spending time together.
Anderson is busy taping for "Dyesebel," while Salvador will be doing a new series after her "MAJ: The Legal Performer" concert on July 12 at the Music Museum in Greenhills.
