Comedian Vice Ganda

MANILA, Philippines -- Actor Vhong Navarro denied that he has a rift with fellow "It's Showtime" host Vice Ganda.

In an interview at an ABS-CBN trade event, Navarro said it's not true that he got pissed off with Ganda's joke and that they had a shouting match.

Nag-react agad kami that time na sinabi 'yun,” Navarro said.

Navarro stressed that he, Vice Ganda and the other hosts of "It's Showtime" are really good friends.

"Unang una mahirap pong magplastikan kami ni Vice kasi makikita mo kapag may hindi maganda," he said.

After years of being in the show, Navarro said they already know how to handle such situations.

Kapag may tampuhan ayusin na natin,” he said.

Navarro also gave his unsolicited advice to those who keep on spreading rumors about the show.

Aside from "It's Showtime," Navarro is also part of the ABS-CBN sitcom "Toda Max." He is also set to do a film with Angel Locsin.
