MANILA - American superstar Taylor Swift is back in the Philippines.
The seven-time Grammy winner arrived in Manila via a private plane at 1:50 p.m., only hours before her one-night concert at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City at 8 p.m.
Swift's plane came from Singapore and is scheduled to depart at 11 p.m. Friday night, according to the flight plan.
The 24-year-old singer last performed in Manila in February 2011.
The Philippines is one of several stops in Asia of her ongoing "The Red Tour". Swift already performed in China, Japan, and Indonesia, and is set to visit Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
The Singapore concert will be the last of 86 shows from the world tour, which kicked off in March 2013.
Known for the hits "Love Story" and "You Belong With Me," Swift became the youngest artist to bag the Grammy award for Album of the Year for "Fearless" in 2008.
Her latest and fourth studio album, "RED," has produced hits such as "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" and "I Knew You Were Trouble." -- with a report from Raoul Esperas
