MANILA – More than two months after she and Yael Yuzon tied the knot, singer Karylle said having a baby is not yet their top priority.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News on Wedesday, Karylle said she and Yuzon are still adjusting to married life and haven’t thought about starting a family.
“Wala pa eh, I guess it comes at a perfect time. Katulad nung marriage, matagal man, still in God’s perfect timing. So hihintayin ko lang,” she said.
Nonetheless, Karylle said she is preparing herself in case God blesses them with a child.
“I’m preparing myself because that will be a big change. Right now, I’m adjusting to married life and once we’ve moved to our new home, that’s when we’ll really prepare for that,” she said.
Asked how many children they plan to have, Karylle said, “Hindi ko alam, bahala na ang Diyos.”
Back in February, Karylle said she wants her “It’s Showtime” co-host Vice Ganda to be a godparent to her first born.
