MANILA, Philippines – Celebrity friends of Korina Sanchez have lent a hand to the broadcaster’s continuous efforts to aid the residents of Barangay Umiray in Aurora province that was ravaged by 2 typhoons in 2004.

KC Concepcion, Bianca Gonzalez, cosmetic surgeon Vicki Belo and daughter Cristalle Henares, Derek Ramsey and girlfriend Angelica Panganiban, and Matteo Guidicelli were some of those who donated their pre-owned clothing and accessories to Sanchez’s "K's Closet," her so-called “traveling tiangge.”

Sanchez started her "K's Closet” after covering the devastations brought about by typhoons “Yoyong” and “Winnie” in Umiray.

So, hindi ako puwedeng humingi.

Twenty houses have already been built out of Sanchez’s fund-raising project.

“K’s Closet” is now at Tiendesitas in Pasig where the celebrities' pre-owned items will be sold until Sunday, June 5.
