MANILA -- Actress Assunta de Rossi said there's no truth to rumors that she and husband, Rep. Jules Ledesma, have separated.
"Walang nagti-Tweet sa akin nun. So ibig sabihin nun ay imbento lang," de Rossi told reporters on Tuesday night at The PEP List awards event.
"If noboby is asking me, meaning walang isyu. Kasi ako very active ako sa social media eh. Wala eh wala talaga. Saka hindi naman kami siguro ganoon ka-relevant para pag-usapan pa," de Rossi added.
As if to prove that all's well between her and husband, the actress said she and Ledesma will be moving to a new house next year.
"Lilipat na nga kami next year nakabili kami ng bagong condo. Kasi medyo masikip na kami eh. We want to build a family eh. Oarang sardinas na kami sa tinitirhan namin. So 'yun. 2011 pa namin hinuhulugan ang condo namin," the actress said.
De Rossi, who also expressed satisfaction with how her career is going, said they are hoping to have a baby soon.
"Gusto na namin. I think 2008 pa. Tatapusin ko lang 'yung film at kailangan kong magdagdag ng timbang kasi nabawasan ako ng timbang dahil naging busy ako," she said.
In the interview, de Rossi also revealed details about her upcoming movie "Beauty In A Bottle" with Angeline Quinto and Angelica Panganiban.
Produced by Quantum Films, the movie will be released by ABS-CBN's movie outfit Star Cinema.
"Ang 'Beauty In A Bottle' is a about an anti-aging pill. So I play the role of an aging creative director ng isang ad agency," she said.
"Alam mo na sa ganoong edad ay papalitan ka ng medyo bata sa advertising world at sa personal life ay mayroon ding problema kasi tumatanda na siya. So sa commercial ng 'Beauty In A Bottle' kung saan kinuha naming endorser si Angelica that will be the biggest break of my career," de Rossi said.
