MANILA -- The eldest son of comedienne Ai Ai delas Alas is following the footsteps of his famous mother.
In an interview on Tuesday during her launch as the endorser of Belo Medical Group's Femilift, delas Alas revealed that ABS-CBN has offered her son Sancho to do a television series.
"In-offer naman siya ng ABS-CBN ng soap," delas Alas said after she was asked about Sancho's audition to be part of "Pinoy Big Brother: All In."
Like other hopefuls, Sancho also lined up to be part of the reality show's latest season but did not make it to the final list of housemates.
May iba para sa iyo,'" she said.
Delas Alas said she would have wanted her son to be part of "PBB."
Delas Alas believes her son will be a better dramatic actor and not a comedian like her. "Serious actor kasi magaling umiyak si Sancho," she noted.
Currently, delas Alas is busy taping ABS-CBN's hit series "Dyesebel" with Anne Curtis in the title role.
