Locsin, whose last project with Gutierrez was romantic film “The Promise” in 2007, revealed that a reunion movie with her first leading man is in its planning stages at Star Cinema, ABS-CBN’s film production outfit.
The project is part of Locsin’s new three-year contract with ABS-CBN and Star Cinema, which she signed on Friday.
“I’m very happy kasi itong contract ko na ‘to meron akong apat na pelikulang gagawin. Mas nakikilala ka bilang aktres, narerespeto ‘yung craft mo,” Locsin said during her contract-signing.

Aside from her reunion project with Gutierrez, which will be co-produced by Regal Films, Locsin will also star in another film alongside actor Dingdong Dantes and Angelica Panganiban.
She will also complete the all-star female cast for a movie featuring Panganiban, Toni Gonzaga and Bea Alonzo.
Locsin also shared that she will be starring with comedian-host Vhong Navarro in another project.
With a guaranteed four-year film career already ahead of her, Locsin said she feels grateful to ABS-CBN, her manager, and her fans who continue to support her.
“Iba mag-alaga ang ABS-CBN, and of course my manager, Manay Ethel Ramos.
