Coco Martin and Angel Locsin will team up for the first time in "Maalaala Mo Kaya."

MANILA -- Coco Martin praised Angel Locsin for being professional and humble after they worked together for the first time.

Martin and Locsin joined forces in a two-part special tribute of "Maalaala Mo Kaya" for the 44 Special Action Force (SAF) commandos who died in the January 25 Mamasapano clash.

For the special episode, Locsin will play Suzette Tucay, the fiancee of SAF operative Gary Erana, one of the Fallen 44.

Now that their "MMK" will start airing this weekend, Martin said he is hoping to do a movie or a teleserye with Locsin.

Nandito tayo para magtrabaho at pantay pantay tayo, walang arti-artista walang sino man. Kumbaga nandito tayo para ayusin, pagandahin ang trabahong ginagawa natin," he added.

The tribute episode of "MMK" for the SAF 44 will air on April 25 and May 2 after "Home Sweetie Home."
