MANILA, Philippines -- Actress-host Alex Gonzaga, the younger sister of Kapamilya star Toni Gonzaga, is back with ABS-CBN.
Alex launched her showbiz career in 2006 with the sitcom "Let's Go" in ABS-CBN. She also appeared in the primetime series "My Girl" before leaving the Kapamilya network in 2008 for the No. 3 network TV5.
To mark her return to ABS-CBN, Alex will be helping her sister Toni as a co-host in the upcoming reality talent search "The Voice of The Philippines."
Alex is also set to appear in the gag show "Banana Nite," as well as a TV series.
On Tuesday, the Gonzaga sisters, host Robi Domingo and judges Lea Salonga, Bamboo Mañalac, Sarah Geronimo and Apl.de. ap of the Black Eyed Peas signed a contract for "The Voice of The Philippines."
The contract signing was attended by channel head Cory Vidanes and ABS-CBN president Charo Santos-Concio.
"The Voice of the Philippines" is set to start airing in June.
