MANILA -- (UPDATED) Anne Curtis was discharged from the hospital on Sunday after being confined for several days after she was attacked by a jellyfish while filming scenes for "Dyesebel" in Batangas last week.

Curtis immediately shared the good news via her Twitter account.

“Finally! I'm out! Thank you to all the Doctors & Nurses that took great care of me! See you all later this week for my check up,” she said.

Earlier Sunday, Curtis also thanked everyone who visited her at the hospital, as well as those who prayed for her fast recovery.

“Thank you for all your prayers and wishes! Most importantly, Thank you Lord for saving me and being with me during one of the scariest moments in my life,” she said.

“Thank you to all the visitors that came to visit & everyone that sent their get we'll soon messages. Thank you,” she added.

Curtis, who considers herself “lucky and blessed,” also had cautioned those who will be hitting the beach this summer.

“This summer, be careful while swimming sweethearts. Remember the ocean is the natural habitat or these sea creatures so it's our responsibility to try & avoid them, to keep an eye out & be careful. Very thankful that ‘Dyesebel will be back to work soon,” she said.

Curtis’ road manager confirmed to “Buzz ng Bayan” on Sunday that the actress is set to resume taping for the fantasy series on Monday.

However, Curtis' doctors have instructed her to make sure her wounds won't get wet or exposed to the sun’s heat.
