MANILA - Haydee Manosca was named the first-ever grand winner of "Stars on 45" after leaving judges speechless with her rendition of Beyonce's hit "Listen" during the segment's grand finals on Saturday.

The 45-year-old woman, who hails from Taguig City, bested 11 other grand finalists of the noontime show's segment for singers aged 45 and up, taking home P300,000.

Mabuhay po ang 'It's Showtime'!" she said.

For her final performance, Manosca opened with a heartfelt speech thanking the noontime program for making her dreams come true, of lending them the spotlight.

Manosca then belted out a medley of Eric Carmen's "All By Myself" and Beyonce's "Listen," which drew strong cheers from the studio audience and left guest judge and dance and music icon Gary Valenciano speechless.

"Honestly, I'm floored, speechless, higit pa sa impressed," he said.

"I'm so happy for you. You're so blessed," he added.

Finishing first runner-up in the first edition of "Stars on 45" was Carmelita Abrenica, who took home P200,000. Charlie Fry was named second runner-up, winning P100,000.
