MANILA - Vice Ganda on Saturday congratulated band vocalist Yael Yuzon for his upcoming wedding, following their publicized rift over an alleged comment regarding the comedian's 'love team' with Karylle.
During the opening segment of 'It's Showtime,' the comedian expressed his excitement over the couple's approaching nuptials and promised that he will be there for the ceremonies.
"Ang saya-saya nating lahat. Lalong gumanda ang ambiance, ang vibes dito sa loob ng studio. Masayang-masaya ang lahat. Sobrang excited ang lahat para sa araw ng kasal ninyong dalawa. Pupunta ako ah," he said.
He also emphasized his support and echoed sentiments made by their co-hosts who sent their well-wishes to both Karylle and Yuzon.
"Excited kaming lahat sa bagong pamilya na mabubuo sa'yo. Alam naman naming hinihintay mo 'to. Kasabay mo kaming hinintay yan. Kasabay mo kaming binubuo 'yan at kasabay mo rin kami 'pag tuluyan nang nabuo yang pangarap na 'yan dahil pamilya tayo dito. We're so happy for you," he added.
Vice Ganda then addressed Yuzon directly, who reportedly expressed his disapproval of the noontime program's love team, referred to as "ViceRylle" by fans.
In what would be a concise message, Vice Ganda said, "And Yael, congratulations!"
The couple is scheduled to wed on the same day as Karylle's birthday on March 21.
