King of Comedy Dolphy and Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla

MANILA, Philippines -- Singer-actress Zsa Zsa Padilla is crying foul after receiving negative comments on the microblogging site Twitter.

In her interview with Boy Abunda for the tabloid Pilipino Star Ngayon, Padilla expressed her disappointment over netizens who keep on lambasting her via Twitter.

“Huwag naman sanang umiral ang inggit o galit o hindi pagkakaintindihan. Kahit paano, kailangang maintindihan ng tao na may responsibilidad din sila. Hindi porke’t anonymous sila, I can be XXX123 and just keep bashing people. Why is it always hatred? Masakit eh. Hindi nila naiintindihan na masakit. Tao lang kami, nakakaramdam kami ng sakit,” Padilla said.

“Stop it. Make the world a better place. I feel sad about these people because they are misguided. I know that these kind of people are people whose parents don’t have time for them. How can you spend so much time online when you are being guided by your parents?” she added.

In the interview, Padilla admitted that she has become sensitive, especially with her long-time partner Dolphy's health.

“People know why am I sensitive. What I am going through right now is very, very difficult. Three years have been very difficult for me and my family actually. Para ganunin ka pa, it’s just too much,” she said.

Padilla's last post on Twitter was dated March 4, 2012 after defending herself from some netizens who said she's no longer needed in ABS-CBN's weekly variety show "ASAP."

Below were Padilla's tweets on the issue.

"I have been with Asap 17 yrs of the 29 yrs that I have been in Showbiz. I know asap will be around even when I am long gone. But humility...aside, I know that I have contributed a lot to what Asap is today. Asap will always hold a special place in my heart. This much is true."

"Guys, I'm not mad. I'm sad. Twitter is a nice place but trolls take the fun out of this place. :(," Padilla said.
