MANILA, Philippines - When it comes to settling down and starting a family, host-actress KC Concepcion looks up to actress Judy Ann Santos.
In an interview with ABS-CBNnews.com on Thursday, Concepcion said that just like Santos, she is in no rush to tie the knot.
Santos got married in her 30s to television host Ryan Agoncillo. They have two children.
"Like Ate Judai, kailan lang naman nag-settle down 'yun. Like Ate -- ate ko si Ate Judai -- it wouldn't hurt to follow in her footsteps pagdating sa family life niya," said Concepcion when asked of her ideal age to settle down.
Concepcion, 27, made the statement after her confirmation that she asked her French suitor, Pierre Emmanuel Plassart, for "space."
While Concepcion explained that she is not closing her doors on Plassart, she said she is also open to meeting new friends and possible suitors.
"I told him, sabi ko, 'you know that it's part of my freedom and your freedom.' Sabi ko, 'it would be nice kung mayroon tayong time na we are open to that.' Pero sabi ko 'when you are ready and I am ready, I would still love to explore the possibilities na kung pwedeng tayo pa din in the future.' Pero kung mayroon namang dumating na good friend at makipagkaibigan at mabait din naman, why not? Kawawa naman kung hindi ko i-entertain," she said.
