Film with Aga Muhlach is next for Claudine Barretto

Actress Claudine Barretto and Aga Muhlach, one of the country’s most sought-after leading men, are set to be reunited on the big screen.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Barretto said she and Muhlach might start shooting their latest film together next month. It will be produced by Star Cinema.
The youngest of the Barretto sisters said she is excited to work again with Muhlach.
“Kasi ang sarap ka-trabaho ni Aga. Siya ‘yong parang gustong maging leading man ng lahat ng leading ladies sa showbiz,” she said.
“This is going to be my third [movie] na siya ‘yong leading man ko… sana different talaga,” Barretto added.
The two were also the leading stars of hit movies “Kailangan Kita” and “Dubai.”
‘Jolie of RP’
Dubbed as the “Angelina Jolie of the Philippines,” Barretto, who has one adopted child, said she initially planned to put up an orphanage but it did not materialize because she could not cover all the expenses.
Instead, Barretto and her family threw a party for nine children last holiday season.
The actress, a mother of two, also shared her plans to get pregnant again possibly five years from now. She added that adoption is also in her plans probably “before I get pregnant or after.”
Barretto’s first child, Samantha, is her adopted daughter while Santino is her biological son with husband Raymart Santiago.
