MANILA, Philippines - Jinkee Pacquiao happily said that her relationship with her husband, boxer Manny Pacquiao, is stronger than ever.

In an interview on the ABS-CBN morning show "Kris TV" hosted by Kris Aquino, Jinkee shared the "secret" to their lasting marriage.

"The love that never fades and God, kasi 'yun ang pinakasentro sa aming relationship ngayon. Kasi kapag nawala 'yung love, wala na," said Jinkee, who has been through a lot after the rumored affair of her husband with former actress Krista Ranillo.

Jinkee stressed that she has made it a point to move on from the past and forget the hatred she felt because of the rumored affair.

"Yes, pabayaan na natin siyang manahimik. Good for her. Past na naman 'yon. Past is past," she said without directly naming Ranillo, who is now living in the United States with her family.

While she is happy with the state of her marriage, Jinkee admitted that there was a time when her husband was linked to different women because of his fame.

"Medyo lumiko lang ng ibang landas. Minsan naiimpluwensiyahan ka ng pagiging famous mo. Hindi kasi 'yun ang dati mong buhay and then parang nabigla ka. Ang alam niya may gusto na sa kanya, so grab the opportunity, go. Kaya dumarami sila, actually," she said.

Asked if the "bad influence" is already out of her husband's life, Jinkee said: "Unti-unti nang nawawala kasi kapag nagbago na ang amo, dapat 'yung mga kasamahan ay nagbago na rin.

Jinkee said her husband wants to have four more children -- bringing the total number of their kids to eight.

"Gusto niya eight kasi naka-eight world titles, gusto niya ang anak niya ay eight din," she said.

Manny interview omitted

In the "Kris TV" episode, Manny was never heard talking.

Aquino said they had to edit the episode and remove the boxer's interview to avoid conflicts with the rival network.

"Can I say something?

Kasi baka sabihin nila it's unfair, inimbita tapos hindi man lang kinausap. Hindi po, hindi pinayagan magsalita," Aquino said.
