MANILA, Philippines -- After weeks of competing in various culinary challenges, "Junior MasterChef Pinoy Edition" finally revealed its Top 4 grand finalists.
The remaining four kiddie cooks are Kyle Imao, Jobim Jalbuena, Mika Tanaka and Philip Amarillo.
"Sobrang saya ko na nakapasok ako sa Top 4 kasi hindi ko alam na may pag-asa akong manalo po," Amarillo said after the elimination.
"Getting in sa Top 4 ay super mahalaga. Out of hundreds of kids who auditioned, ako ay nasa Top 4 at may chance ako na maging kauna-unahang Pinoy Junior MasterChef," Jalbueno added.
The finalists were named after wowing the host-judges with their crab dishes in Sunday's episode. Caitlin Tabulan and wildcard winner Louise Mabulo were the last cooks eliminated from the competition.
"Parang gusto kong sabihin na 'weh' sobrang saya na ang lungkot kasi ako lang yung girl," Tanaka shared.
On Saturday, the Top 4 will face oof in the "Junior MasterChef Pinoy Edition: The Live Cook-Off."
The show's grand winner will get the P1.5 million worth of culinary scholarships and a P1-million cash prize.
