MANILA -- Singer-host Billy Crawford found himself in the hot seat again as his co-hosts wouldn't let up on his status with Coleen Garcia, weeks after he admitted that he is now courting the actress-model.
During an episode of "It's Showtime" on Thursday, comedian Vice Ganda openly teased Crawford, labeling his love team with Coleen as "Bi-Col" -- a play on the two's first names.
"Ang cute pala ng pangalan ng love team ninyo ni Coleen, no?" he told Crawford.
"Bi-Col," Vice Ganda continued, much to the amusement of the studio audience and Crawford, who gamely laughed at the quips of his co-hosts.
Earlier in the program, the comedian turned to Garcia, calling her "ang babaeng may pinakamahabang hair lately" in jest, matching it by singing a shampoo ad jingle.
The remark came after Crawford refused to call Garcia his "baby girl," reiterating that he is still courting the actress. "Wow ah. Nakakahiya kayo ah."
Crawford had to repeatedly deny the involvement of Garcia in his failed relationship with actress-singer Nikki Gil back in July 2013.
He emphasized in an interview with "Buzz ng Bayan" that Garcia was "definitely not part of my past relationship at all."
Despite the controversy, the two continue to regularly co-host the noontime program.
