MANILA -- Seven-time Grammy winner Taylor Swift is coming back to Manila this June as part of her latest album's worldwide tour.
The 24-year-old announced the Asia leg of her RED Tour on Thursday via her website. The also includes stops in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Ticketing information for the June 6 performance at the Mall of Asia Arena will be available starting February 20.
"We are going to be bringing the RED Tour to Asia," said Swift in her announcement video. "I can't wait to see you and I hope you guys have a great time in the show. I hope to see you there."
Known for hits such as "Love Story" and "You Belong With Me," Swift became the youngest ever artist in music history to bag the Grammy for Album of the Year for "Fearless" back in 2008.
Her latest and fourth studio album, "RED," has also garnered acclaim, consistently topping Billboard's Country Album charts, with hits such as "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" and "I Knew You Were Trouble."
Swift last performed in Manila in front of a sold-out crowd at the Araneta Coliseum in February 2011.
