MANILA, Philippines - Actor Onemig Bondoc said his wife Valerie Sophie Geraldine Christine Bariou enjoyed her work as the "double" for actress Rachel Weisz in the Hollywood film "Bourne Legacy."

“She’s happy with what she’s doing, so okey lang,” Onemig told Philippine Star's Funfare in a phone interview.

Bondoc and Bariou, who have been married for five years, have a five-year-old daughter named Arnelle.

In the interview, Bariou also shared some her experiences in doing the "Bourne" film.

According to Bariou, she has been shooting for more than two weeks already and that she had to audition for the role.

“Only three of us who auditioned for Rachel’s double remained," said Bariou, whose knowledge of martial arts was a plus factor in bagging the part.

She said it was a wonderful experience playing Weisz’s “double.” Aside from describing Weisz as being friendly and nice, Bariou refused to talk more about the Hollywood actress out of respect.

“Basta, mabait siya,” said Bariou, who has previously starred on films such as “Emir” and “The Red Shoes.”

In a previous interview with ABS-CBN News, Bariou said it is an honor to be part of the “Bourne” series.

"It’s great to be part of 'BL.' I get to see how they work, Hollywood standards, and talk with the crew about their experience in other films like ‘300,’ ‘Titanic,’ ‘Avengers,’ ‘Spiderman’ etc," she said.
