MANILA, Philippines – Singer and actress Vina Morales on Sunday has no regrets that she almost spent her entire childhood in front of the camera.

The 37-year-old Kapamilya star, however, admitted that she also missed some of the simpler childhood pleasures.
Marami akong na-miss na childhood moments na sana nagawa ko,” she told host Charlene Gonzales on “The Buzz.”
Noting that the same thing happened to her sister Shaina, Morales said she is hoping her daughter would get to enjoy the things she missed while growing up.
Iba rin kasi 'yung nakapaglaro ka with your friends,” she said.
Morales said she is not open to the idea of letting her daughter venture into show business just yet.
“She had commercials before. Siguro commercial muna for now. Basta nandiyan ako para sa kanya,” she said.
Morales also shared the difficulty of raising her daughter alone.
“It’s hard kasi I’m a working mom eh.
“And then siyempre I want to give my best to Ceanna. It’s so hard to be a single mom.
Morales said she is fortunate to have parents and siblings who support and guide her while raising her daughter.
Ready to love again
Meanwhile, the singer revealed that she is now ready to love again.
“There was this time na I wasn’t thinking of that kasi naka-focus ako sa anak ko. Now I’m kind of ready pero wala pa rin. I think I’m ready to love again and to be in a relationship. No commitment pero I’m starting to date again, getting to know the person. Mas mabuti na 'yung marami akong pagpipipilian,” she said.
Morales said she still dreams of having a “happily ever after” ending with a complete family.
“I want to walk in the aisle someday. In God’s time. Ayaw ko na piliitin. Parati ako namimilit noon kaya ayan sira-sira,” she said.
