MANILA, Philippines -- Singer-actress Sarah Geronimo may be open to give love another try after her blossoming romance with actor Gerald Anderson was nipped in the bud.
In her weekly variety show "Sarah G Love" on Sunday, Geronimo hinted as much as she introduced her final number "Sunlight" by Kevin Lettau.
"Mga Kapamilya, love is something that is not just a feeling of hearts beating fast. Ito ay isang powerful thing na dapat ay nakakapagdulot ng positive change sa isang tao. And it should bring out the best in a person. Nakakapagbigay ng tamang direksyon sa buhay at ng lasting happiness," the singer said.
"You might not get it on your first try but don't be afraid to try again. Tandaan natin na after every dark night comes the beautiful morning sunlight to give as hope of a better and brighter day," Geronimo added.
Last week, Geronimo made headlines when she performed Britney Spears' "Womanizer," which viewers believed was her message to former suitor Anderson. She even urged her fans not to fall in love with womanizers.
But the singer also repeatedly apologized for her statements.
