Singer and actress Angeline Quinto talks about her new series on "The Buzz."

MANILA, Philippines - Singer and actress Angeline Quinto does not mind that some people think she is not deserving to headline her own series on ABS-CBN.

In a live interview with "The Buzz" on Sunday, Quinto said she respects other people's opinions but stressed that she also worked so hard to get to where she is today.

While she admitted that she still needs to learn a lot when it comes to acting, Quinto said she is now ready to take on this new challenge in her life.

Sila Kim (Chiu), Maja (Salvador), lahat po 'yan gusto ko rin marating kung ano ang mga narating nila ngayon," she said.

Quinto is set to headline her own television series "Kahit Konting Pagtingin" along with Kapamilya actors Sam Milby and Paulo Avelino.

Plastic surgery

Meanwhile, Quinto shrugged off talks that she had plastic surgery but admitted that she is planning to have a nose job.
