MANILA, Philippines – Year 2011 seems to be a lucky year for television host and actor Vice Ganda.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News on Tuesday, Vice Ganda revealed that he is taking on a lead role in an upcoming movie of Wenn Deramas, 2010 Metro Manila Film Festival’s best director.
The television host also divulged that hunk actor Zanjoe Marudo and basketball star Paolo Hubalde might become part of the movie.
According to Vice Ganda, he is very happy with how his career is going and one of his wishes is to just maintain the success he is experiencing. He is also hoping that the health condition of his grandmother, who suffered stroke last year, will improve.
Meanwhile, Vice Ganda shrugged off rumors that he will leave ABS-CBN’s talent show “Showtime.”
He said he loves the show and that, even if his contract ends, he is still willing to be part of it.
He shared that his relationship with other “Showtime” hosts is incomparable, and that it is strong enough to surpass any misunderstanding that may come their way.
He also considers the extension of the show’s air time as an opportunity to make more people happy.
