Remember that hilarious side-step dunk by Ginebra's Jammer Jamito during the PBA Slam Dunk competition?
It was funny enough to be noticed by the NBA's "The Starters."
"Sometimes a bad contest dunk is just as much fun as a good one," said co-host Trey Kerby in the latest episode of The Starters. "That's exactly what happened over the weekend in the Philippine Basketball Association."
Obviously setting it up just for fun, Jamito tricked the crowd at at Lucena Convention Center on Friday by bringing over Japeth Aguilar.
Spectators thought Jamito would spring over the 6'9" Aguilar, but the playful forward just side-stepped his way to a dunk.
The Starters compared the move to a similar maneuver done by their co-host Lee Ellis.
"We got a poll up now where you can vote which fake jump-over-a-guy dunk was better," said Kerby.
