Oil companies to lower oil prices

MANILA, Philippines (2ND UPDATE) - Oil companies on Monday announced they will lower the prices of some products. 

Shell, Petron and Seaoil said they will implement a price cut of P0.85 per liter for kerosene and diesel, and P0.40 per liter for regular gasoline.  

Eastern Petroleum, Unioil and PTT said they will rollback the price of diesel by P0.85 per liter. 

The price adjustments will take effect at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday (November 13). 

There will be no change in the price of unleaded gasoline.
