MANILA - Restaurant operator The Bistro Group said Monday it was offering 4 of its concepts for sub-franchising, giving more options to food entrepreneurs.
The 4 include Bulgogi Brothers, Baker and Cook, Fish & Co and Ka Tunying's Cafe, The Bistro Group said, adding it was eyeing locations in Metro Manila, North Luzon and Southern Luzon.
"Franchising is also one of the best ways for aspiring entrepreneurs to become business owners," said company president and COO Jean Paul Manuud. "With franchising, we aim to bring these four brands closer to more Filipinos."
Manuud said The Bistro Group would provide sub-franchisees support in choosing the site and design, marketing, menu, operations, accounting and supply chain management, among others.
The Bistro Group's 17 restaurant concepts include TGIFridays, Italiannis, Denny’s, Texas Road house Plank Sourdough Pizza and Village Tavern.
