MANILA, Philippines – BDO Unibank Inc. announced on Thursday that several of its services including its automated teller machines (ATM) will again be temporarily unavailable on Monday due to a scheduled maintenance and upgrade activity.
BDO said that starting 12:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. on Monday, September 8, the following services will be unavailable:
- BDO ATM Debit and Cash Cards Usage
- Retail and Corporate Internet Banking
- Phone Banking and Mobile Banking
BDO said it has two remaining maintenance and upgrade activities scheduled in October and November.
Last month, the bank also temporarily halted its ATM, debit and cash card, and mobile banking services for maintenance and upgrade.
The bank has urged its clients to do their transactions ahead of the scheduled maintenance activity to avoid any inconvenience.
“We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this endeavor for your better banking experience. Thank you for bearing with us,” the bank said in a statement.
