Holy Angel University to be built in Alviera township

MANILA, Philippines - A school will be built inside Alviera, a mixed-use township in Porac, Pampanga.

Holy Angel University (HAU) will be the first educational institution to rise in the university zone of Alviera.

Alviera is a 1,125-hectare integrated mixed-use township, which is being developed by by Nuevocentro Inc., a subsidiary of Ayala Land, in partnership with Leonio Land.

HAU will build its elementary and secondary schools with support facilities such as cafeteria, chapel, athletics venues, and dormitories over a 10-hectare area.

HAU is expected to become operational within seven years.

Alviera’s university zone is envisioned to be a hub for educational excellence that will serve students from across Central Luzon.

Similar to Nuvali in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Alviera is a "green township" which will feature schools, outdoor parks and bike trails, a commercial center, and work spaces, as well as a hotel, country club and residential developments.
