MANILA, Philippines - Philippine Airlines (PAL) and Cebu Pacific are waiving rebooking fees and charges for passengers who are unable to take their flights on Thursday (August 9) due to massive flooding in Metro Manila and nearby areas.
PAL said the rebooking waiver is subject to availability of fare and booking class. It applies to all passengers to and from Manila to and from domestic and international airports.
As of Thursday morning, all PAL flights are operating but expect delays due to weather conditions.
Cebu Pacific also said it was waiving rebooking fees for August 9. Passengers may rebook their flights for travel within 30 days without any charges or put the value of their booking in a travel fund..
