MANILA -- Tiger Airways Philippines is offering a P3,499-roundtrip ticket for its inaugural flight from Manila to Phuket, Thailand.
In a statement, Tigerair said the promo is being offered Saturday (August 3) until Sunday, with travel dates slated for September 3 and 7 only.
"We are happy to announce that effective September, we are flying to Phuket, Thailand twice a week every Tuesdays and Saturdays to accommodate as many passengers who wish to visit Phuket," Olive Ramons, CEO at Tigerair Philippines, said.
Tigerair's other international routes include Clark (Pampanga) to Hong Kong, Clark to Bangkok (Thailand), and Kalibo (Aklan) to Singapore. The carrier also services the following domestic routes: Manila to Cebu, Manila to Bacolod, Manila to Iloilo, Manila to Kalibo, Manila to Puerto Princesa, Manila to Tacloban, and Clark to Kalibo.
Singapore's Tiger Airways Holdings Ltd. last year acquired a 40% stake in Southeast Asian Airlines (Seair) and rebranded it to Tigerair Philippines, which officially started operations last July 3.
