Oil firms cut gas prices, hike kerosene prices
MANILA, Philippines – Several oil companies announced on Monday that it will be adjusting prices of their fuel products on Tuesday.
Petron Corp. said it will roll back the price of gasoline by P0.35 per liter, but will increase kerosene by P0.10 per liter effective 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday. Petron said there will be no kerosene spike in areas under the state of calamity.
PTT Philippines also said its gasoline products will be slashed by P0.35 per liter effective 12:01 a.m. No price movements were announced for diesel and kerosene.
Pilipinas Shell will roll back gas prices by P0.30 per liter while kerosene will increase P0.10 per liter effective 12:01 a.m.
Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, meanwhile, will cut gas prices by P0.30 per liter effective 6 a.m. on Tuesday.
