MANILA, Philippines – Cebu Pacific is providing rebooking and refund options for passengers of flights cancelled due to typhoon "Glenda."
The Gokongwei-led airline said all its passengers booked on flights scheduled for travel between July 15 and 16 may avail any of the following options without any penalties or fees:
• Free rebooking of flight within 30 days from original departure date;
• Free rerouting to alternate station within 30 days;
• Full refund or travel fund
Passengers are only given until July 18 to avail of the options by calling +(632) 7020-888 or +(6332) 230-8888.
Passengers are also advised to check Cebu Pacific’s Flight Status page before going to the airport.
Cebu Pacific staff can also notify passengers via SMS or email through its "manage booking" system.
The airline is providing flight updates through @CebuPacificAir on Twitter or Cebu Pacific Air’s official Facebook page.
The typhoon is expected to make landfall in Albay-Sorsogon area on Tuesday afternoon.
After making landfall, it will move towards Southern Luzon and Metro Manila, and then exit the Philippine landmass through Zambales area on Wednesday afternoon.
