AirAsia cancels flights due to 'Glenda'

MANILA – AirAsia and AirAsia Zest cancelled and rescheduled several flights on Wednesday, July 16 due to bad weather brought by typhoon "Glenda."

AirAsia said passengers with cancelled flights or delayed flights of more than 3 hours will be offered the following options:

  • Move to the next available flights up to 30 days from the original departure without additional fee.
  • Full credit shell valid for 90 days
  • Full refund

 The airline said it will also provide flight updates via SMS and e-mail notifications based on the contact information on passenger booking.

Passengers booked on affected flights are also advised to call (02) 742–2742 for more information.
