AirAsia Zest seeks more seat entitlements to Macau
MANILA, Philippines - AirAsia Zest is asking the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) for more seat entitlements for flights between Manila and Macau.
AirAsia Zest, jointly owned by Malaysia's AirAsia and Philippine carrier Zest Air, has applied for the allocation of additional entitlements of 720 weekly seats between Manila and Macau.
Last month, the Philippines and Macau inked a new air services agreement that raised the seat entitlements between the two countries by 56 percent to 7,020 a week.
Other airlines that currently fly to Macau from the Philippines include Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific.
