MANILA - Cebu Pacific Air on Friday said passengers traveling to or from Manila may rebook their flights for free within 30 days, get a full refund, or place the full ticket cost in a travel fund for future use following the attack at at a casino resort near the capital's main airport.
The country's biggest airline, which had earlier announced that flights could be delayed or cancelled, said affected passengers should contact their hotline, 702-0888, to make arrangements.
Customers may also message the official Cebu Pacific Facebook or Twitter accounts.
Cebu Pacific also advised guests intending to travel on Friday to "allot additional time for check-in and processing at the airport due to heightened security."
An alleged lone gunman fired shots and set a portion of Resorts World Manila in Pasay City on fire as he stole millions of pesos in casino chips. He perished in the fire, alongside at least 36 others.
