SSS goes on Holy Week shutdown

MANILA, Philippines - The Social Security System said it will go on shutdown starting 4 a.m. on Holy Thursday (April 17) for "the annual preventive maintenance of its power substations."

During the shutdown, the following SSS services will be inaccessible:

  • SSS Website 
  • Interactive Voice Response System (917-7777)
  • Information Self-Service Terminals
  • Text SSS
  • SSSNET (Electronic Data Interchange Program) and FTP services with external partners
  • SSS web services with other government agencies

The SSS said normal operations of the facilities and services will resume at 10 p.m. on Sunday (April 20).
