Oil firms to cut fuel prices Sunday

MANILA, Philippines (3rd UPDATE) – Petron Corp., Chevron, Pilipinas Shell, and independent oil company Flying V will roll back the prices of its petroleum products effective 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, April 15.

Petron will reduce prices of Blaze100, XCS and Xtra by P1 per liter, Turbo Diesel and Diesel Max by P0.80 per liter, regular and Pinoy gasoline by P0.70 per liter and kerosene by P0.90 per liter.

Chevron will slash prices of its Gold and Silver products by P1 per liter, regular gasoline by P0.70 per liter, diesel by P0.80 per liter and kerosene by P0.90 per liter.

Shell will roll back prices of ULG by P1 per liter, kerosene by P0.90 per liter, diesel by P0.70 per liter and regular gasoline by P0.70 per liter.

Flying V will cut the prices of gasoline by P1 per liter, biodiesel by P 0.70 per liter, and regular gasoline by P1.10 per liter.

SEAOIL, meanwhile, will reduce the prices of its regular gasoline by P0.70 per liter, premium and unleaded gasoline by P1 per liter, diesel by P0.70 per liter and kerosene by P0.90 per liter effective 6 a.m.

The adjustments are made to reflect price movements in the international petroleum market.
