DMCI buys additional stake in British firm for P3.1-B

MANILA, Philippines - Consunji-led DMCI Holdings has acquired an additional 40 percent stake in a British company for 42 million pounds (around P3.1 billion).

In a disclosure to the stock exchange, DMCI said it acquired the 40% stake in ENK Plc from D&A Income Ltd.

ENK has shareholdings in various Philippine companies with interests in
mining.

Upon completion of the acquisition, DMCI will own 100% of the outstanding capital stock of ENK.
