BIR said Sun Wah Restaurant, registered as Sunnyworld Food International Corp., undeclared its 2012 sales by 90.09 percent and its sales in the first two quarters of 2013 by 83.84 percent.
The monitoring of the tax agency showed that the restaurant’s deficiency value-added tax (VAT) was computed at P3,471,290.76 for taxable year 2012 and P4,929,684.51 for taxable year 2013 (first two quarters).
